NETSUITE CONSULTANT (EXPERIENCED)
Job description
Amplify Advisors is looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant for AmplifyTech.
You will lead in NetSuite implementations.
The three key characteristics of our consultant include:
- strong communication skills including clear & concise documentation
- growth mindset and openness to feedback and learning
- proven commitment to IT development and technical experience
The successful candidate will also have a passion for technology and strong attention to detail.
They will be excited about working on our Client Experience team and working closely with Sales, Delivery Operations and Executives within Amplify.

Consultant (Experienced)
The key characteristics of this role are:
- Interacting with clients and presenting custom demos, working along with the sales team
- Understanding client requirements and creating scope documentation
- Responsible for Configuration and Customization of NetSuite ERP as per client requirements
- Quick learner and being adaptable. Being open-minded for discussions and promoting team collaboration
- Taking initiative, responsibility, and ownership of your projects
- Leadership of entry-level consultants, projects and teams with a dedication to Agile, Client Experience and Change Management
Client Experience
The candidate will be responsible for key activities with our clients directly. Working with a project manager and using Agile methodology, work closely with the team to assess client needs, develop solutions, and implement them to the satisfaction of the client.
You will communicate changes and prioritize change management and the culture of the client.
You will be prepared to advise on best practices.
You will be prepared to advance business process improvements that will amplify the use of NetSuite for the client and support the growth strategies of the client.
You will be responsive to opportunities for other service lines of Amplify that will help the client. You’ll work with the Account Manager and sales team to bring such opportunities to the client.

AmplifyTech Team Member
The experienced consultant will be prepared to learn:
- Functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite and QuickBooks or other accounting software used by small and medium businesses.
- Leverage an MBA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or Engineering to bring efficiency to implementations.
- Leverage previous NetSuite and ERP implementation experience to show us as a leader on day one with AmplifyTech and on day one of each project.
- Understanding relational databases and the willingness to learn to script will be essential to be successful in this role.
- Interest in developing expertise in business process analysis and design.
- Passion and experience in client service (including non-technical student jobs that included customer or client interactions).
- Excellent documentation skills and communication skills.
The role is a work from client/home position and Amplify is a remote work from client culture.
There will be travel expected as we serve Western Canada.

ADMINISTRATOR (Support Services)
The key characteristics of this role are:
- Interacting with clients and efficiently managing resources of our growing support services team.
- Understanding client requirements and creating troubleshooting documentation.
- Interacting with clients and using multiple mediums, including telephone, video-conferencing, direct messaging, emails and tickets to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Understanding client requirements and creating scope documentation.
- Responsible for tickets that address issues with current functionality, questions, fixing defects, and related matters. Tickets can include basic onboarding assistance for new users.
- Responsible for resource management and the Client Experience and contractual timelines expected of the team.
- Responsible to identify consulting opportunities and assist or help with resource management. Consulting hours include, but are not limited to, new saved searches, creation of new reports, setting up analytics, training (including onboarding training), bulk data uploads, new processes, projects, integrations, new modules, all configuration work, all customization work and other new functionality.
- Quick learner and being adaptable. Being open-minded for discussions and promoting team collaboration.
- Taking the initiative, responsibility, and ownership of your projects and work.
Client Experience
The candidate will be responsible for critical activities with our clients directly.
Working with an Account Manager, Director of Operations, the Service Line Executive and the entire AmplifyTech team to assess client needs, develop solutions, and implement them to the Client’s satisfaction.
You will communicate trends and prioritize troubleshooting best practices and the Client’s culture.
You will be prepared to advise on best practices in regards to NetSuite and Support Services.
You will be prepared to advance business process improvements that will amplify the use of NetSuite for the Client and support the Client’s growth strategies.
You will be responsive to opportunities for other service lines of Amplify that will help the Client.
You’ll work with the Account Manager and sales team to bring such opportunities to the Client.
